Is everything really handmade?
Yes. Every piece is individually made by hand in small batches. Nothing here is mass-produced. Because of this process, each item carries its own small variations in shape, glaze, and texture.

Does each product have its own story?
Yes. Every piece goes through its own making process — from raw material to finished form. The small details, marks, and finishes are a result of time, care, and human hands. That is what gives each item its own quiet story.

Will my order look exactly like the photos?
It will closely match the design you see, but it will never be an exact copy. Handmade work naturally brings slight differences, and that is what makes each piece one of a kind.



Orders & Customization

 

Can I request a custom or personalized order?
Sometimes, yes. We accept custom requests for select designs depending on complexity and availability. If you have something in mind, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm if it can be made.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
No. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled because each piece is prepared specifically after purchase.



Shipping & Delivery

 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide including the US, UK, Canada, and other countries. Every order is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you safely.

How long does delivery take?
Since every piece is handmade, preparation time may vary. After shipping, delivery usually takes:

  • Domestic: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on location and customs)

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow your package.

Will I need to pay customs fees?
Some countries may charge customs duties or import taxes. These charges are decided by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.



Returns & Issues

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We only accept returns or replacements if the item arrives damaged or defective. If that happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if damage happens during transit, we will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.



Care Instructions

 

How should I take care of my handmade piece?
To keep your piece in its best condition:

  • Wash gently by hand using mild soap

  • Avoid sudden temperature changes

  • Do not use harsh scrubbers or chemicals

  • Handle with care, as ceramics are naturally delicate

Is it dishwasher or microwave safe?
Some pieces may be safe, but we always recommend hand washing to preserve their finish and longevity.



Packaging & Gifting

 

Is gift packaging available?
Yes. Every order is packed with care in a clean, minimal, and premium way that makes it suitable for gifting.

Can I send it directly as a gift?
Yes. You can enter the recipient’s address at checkout. We do not include pricing inside the package.
