At Studio Pottery paradise, every product is handmade slowly and intentionally — never mass produced. Because of this, our processing timelines are longer than standard retail stores.
We believe thoughtful craftsmanship takes time.
Processing Time
Orders typically require 12–15 business days for handmade production before dispatch.
During launches, holiday periods, or high order volumes, processing times may extend slightly. We always prioritize craftsmanship and quality over rushing production.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally, including:

- United Kingdom
- Australia
- Canada
- Japan
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
- Canada: 8–15 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on customs clearance, local courier services, weather disruptions, or peak shipping seasons.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Velora Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are unable to refund or replace orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been dispatched, shipping timelines and delivery are managed by the courier service.
While we will always assist in tracking your order, Studio Pottery Paradise cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for courier delays, customs delays, or lost packages after shipment.
