This three-piece set was made around that feeling.

The covered ceramic jar has a little handmade kairi and leaf sitting on its lid. The oval platter carries a long, delicate leaf through its warm ivory surface, while the small spoon rest completes the set.

The pieces are simple, but the details are not.

Together, they bring a small part of the Indian table into the setting.

The little kairi is what gives this version its character.

It isn't just a colour detail added to the lid. It is the reason for the piece — a small reference to the raw mangoes, pickles and sharp, familiar flavours found around an Indian meal.



HANDMADE CHARACTER

Each piece is made and finished by hand.

The kairi, mango slice and leaf on the jar lid are individually shaped and placed, so small differences in their size, shape and position are natural.

The leaf on the platter will also have its own variation in line, texture and colour.

You may notice small differences in the ivory glaze, surface texture, edges and shape from the pieces shown in the photographs.

That's expected with handmade pottery.

Your set won't be perfectly identical to another one.

Every piece begins with ceramic clay and is individually shaped, glazed, and kiln-fired by skilled artisans. The process is deliberately hands-on, allowing the natural character of the clay and glaze to remain part of the finished piece.

Where hand-painted details are featured, each design is applied individually rather than reproduced by machine. Subtle differences in brushwork, colour, glaze, texture, and form are therefore natural. They give every piece its own character and are part of what makes genuine handmade pottery different from mass-produced tableware.

Every piece is carefully checked, wrapped, and securely packed before it leaves our studio. Handmade ceramics need extra protection while travelling, so we take particular care with every order, whether it is going across India or across the world.

• Delivery within India: 4–5 business days
• International delivery: 1–2 weeks

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared whenever available.
